Unlike large companies we don’t employ unqualified salespeople (which they often call “advisors”) and only send experienced gas engineers who are experts at both repairing and installing boilers. Indeed at the time of writing both Southern Electric and Npower are under investigation for mis-selling to customers. We’re not tied to one boiler manufacturer and if you decide it’s time for a new boiler we will recommend the best boiler for your particular hot water and heating requirements. We are approved installers for Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Glow Worm which means our engineers know their model ranges inside out and we are able to offer much longer warranties (5 years on some models) than many other less experienced installers.
